Lush Preston Blogger Event!

On Sunday night myself and a few other bloggers attended an event held at the Preston Lush store. We were greeted by smiling, happy staff who made the night very special. We were able to have samples of anything we had not tried before which was very nice of them. I am sure i will be back to buy some more Lush goodies soon after trying so many new products. Myself and Katy headed into Preston to meet Laura who was responsible for this night, it was one of the best nights. Look how cute the Christmas stuff is!!

I think this has to be the cutest Lush gift set out there. Look at the wrapping paper and all the cute goodies inside. I recently purchased most of these so I probably should have just purchased the set. The penguin is one of my all time favourite products over Christmas too.
I am a huge fan of the Christmas gifts at Lush, i find that they out do themselves every year. If I was to wake up on Christmas day with one of these sets under my tree I would be so happy. How cool is the packaging?
Snow fairy has to be one of my all time favourite Lush products over Christmas. I purchased a small bottle of snow fairy to take home too.
How cute is little snow man, the lady in the shop made him. he looks amazing, you can buy your own to make too. I might have to go back to purchase this for stocking fillers. Apparently this would last up to 14 months if you keep it dry. How awesome would this be for a Christmas gift idea?
The best part about the night we were able to make our own bath bombs. This has to be one of the best things I have ever done at a blog event. I am a huge Lush fan and to be able to learn about the science and process behind the products made the night. Lush know every single person behind who makes the products, they know all the ingredients and the science behind the products. I was very impressed with the staff at the Preston branch, such warm welcoming people who have a real passion for what they do.
We mixed some ingredients together which was all explained by the staff. Its amazing to know exactly what goes into the products. We then were given two molds to hold the bath bomb in place which we filled with the ingredients and sea salt. I had so much fun learning about Lush and making my own. All the bath bombs are made my hand and put onto drying racks otherwise it would take 24 hours to set. We got told to use our handmade bath bombs after 24 hours and I can say it was amazing to use on I made myself. I made one for my mom too which I know she will love.
We could try any product we wanted and I know I will be back to buy some Christmas gifts in December. I just want to say a big thank you to Lush Preston for hosting such an amazing night, we had so much fun. I left with a big smile on my face and a bag full of samples and goodies!

Have you tried the Christmas range yet?
