April Favourites 2015.

Over April I have enjoyed changing up my hair care, skin care and make up. I decided to splurge on a new foundation, which I can confirm is worth the hype and money. I will do a full review of the Nars foundation soon too. I have loved using Jo Malone and some products from the Body Shop. Skin care and hair care became a huge part of my April products, finding products that work for my skin and hair. I even got myself a new Iphone 6, which I am obsessed with.
Over April I decided to go ahead and try some tea tree products for my skin because using the Paul Mitchell product made a huge difference to my hair care. I can confirm I have seen a huge difference in my skin, it is less dry and it helps to prevent spots. I did a full review of the products here if you fancy a read. The Paul Mitchell shampoo has been a life changer for my hair, it leaves it soft and cared for. The best part is that it leaves my scalp feeling great and it tingles when you wash you hair with it. Overall I am in love with tea tree products and it is something I will continue to use.
I decided to splurge on the new Nars All Day Luminous weightless foundation and I can confirm it is perfection. It leaves my skin looking natural, flawless and it feels light on the skin. I like to build it up slowly by only doing sections of my face at once. At first it was hard to blend but once you get used to how much you need at once it gets easier. I tend to use my fingers to apply the foundation, I find it is easier to blend and work with the warmth of my hands. I wanted a foundation that will last all day at work, I can confirm this lasts at least 10 hours and this is without setting powder. I find I don't need any setting powder with this foundation, I have also been using some of my mac products along side this too. I will do a full review soon.
I have been enjoying using the body souffle from Holland and Barrett, it has a gorgeous scent and it leaves my skin feeling soft. I love the packaging of this product too, you can keep the jar once it has finished. Full review here if you fancy a read. This Morgan Taylor nail polish has been a huge staple in my nail polish collection in April, the colour is perfect for Spring. Full review coming soon.

What have you been loving in April?

  1. I used to swear by Body Shop tea tree for my problem skin; the trouble is I really aren't keen on the smell! I've just got the new Body Shop camomile cleansing oil so i'm hoping that works well for me
