I start of my beauty morning routine by washing my face with hot water, using my Tea tree skin care bits from The Body shop. I then use my No7 cleanser to make sure my skin is extra clean, then moving on to my day creams and eye creams. It tends to change depending on what time I start work, I have early shifts that start at 6 in the morning, so I admit I do all my beauty stuff very fast.
2. What's for breakfast?
I tend to make quick food when I start at 6 in the morning, this will be cereal. I am loving the caramel Shreddies at the minute. If i start at midday I tend to make egg on toast. I need to learn to eat much healthier things in the morning.
3. Coffee or tea?
When I drink coffee my skin goes all bumpy and sore so I stay away from it. I do love a good cup of tea every now and then in a cute cup.
4. How long does it take to get out the door?
Depending on when I start work, I can get ready in 30 minutes or sometimes I shower and take my time with my make up. In general I can get ready really quickly.
5. What is your go-to makeup look on a fuss-free morning?
My go to make up has to be my Match Perfection foundation from Rimmel, concealer from Collection. My eyes I like to use some really dark black mascara to bring out my eyes, the brands I have are Rimmel and Benefit They're Real. My go to make up tends to be my everyday make up for work, I use more eye shadows and eye liner on my days off.
6. What is your evening beauty routine?
I love a good night routine, I find it hard to sleep after a long day at work so I have a nice warm bubble bath to start off with. using all my favourite products and I pick out a face mask to use, I have so many face masks, I am loving my sea mud one from The body Shop at the minute. My skin gets dry during the winter so I cleanse my face with my No7 cleanser, removing all my make up. Removing make up after a long day feels so good, I love to use rich body butters and I put lots of night cream on my face too. I will do a blog post showing my am to pm routines soon.
7. Snack time! What's in the bowl?
OO I love anything to do with chocolate, I have a really bad sweet tooth. Salty popcorn watching a good film or chocolate. I tend to have sweets at work, which needs to stop.
8. How do you wind down and prep for bed?
Lately I have had a really bad cold that own't go away so sleeping has been great. I fall asleep as soon as my head hits my pillow, I'm usually a bad sleeper. Work keeps me tired and busy so I tend to have a bath, do all my beauty routines and read a blog,book or magazine whilst cuddling my dogs.
9. Cozy up! What are you wearing to sleep?
I am a huge fan of being comfy, so i tend to buy a lot of Primark pj's or I wear my boyfriends jumpers to bed.
10. What are some things you must do before hitting the hay?
I check on all my animals, like my guinea pig and my hamsters. I let my dogs out and then they follow me to bed, I love to hug them after a long day. I fill in my 100 days of happiness planner and lay down to watch some YouTube.
