This has been on my mind for a while now, am I successful? What does successful mean to me or what is it in general. I thought why not make a blog post about it, get all my thoughts down on here and see how I feel after. I hope it helps you too, there is so many amazing things happening around us on social media and I suppose it could all get confusing?
Well I wanted to share with you my thoughts and see where we get with the post.
There is nothing better than feeling organised, so I wanted to share with you what I do to feel this way. I think a tidy space, a tidy mind so getting your office, bedroom, house organised can really help. I love to set a day to give my house a deep clean, I feel amazing after and it helps me to think clearly. You could set out your work uniform or outfit the night before, so you don't have to struggle in the morning. I do this with my work uniform, due to working at 6 in the morning sometimes, it gives me more time to feed my dogs and do my make up.
Create a mood board
Something I used in my college/ University courses was a mood board. I enjoyed taking the time out to be creative and come up with ideas. I was thinking maybe making one for your goals/ blog. Cut out images out of magazine, quotes and things that motivate you and stick them on a board. Hang this up in your office or bedroom and then your goals are right in front of you to focus on.
Now set yourself some goals, type them up on your phone or note them down in a notebook. I enjoy setting myself some goals, it pushes me to be a better person. Success can mean so many different things, its how you look at it. Personally the Cosmo blog awards 2014 was my idea of success for my blog but also creating what I have now means the same to me. My family with Rob and our dogs I see as being successful, happiness can be too. I'm not sure if I make sense but success can mean so many things, never ever feel like you failed.
Give yourself time to sit down and make notes or read a book. Reading a good book can clear your mind or go for a walk with your dogs. I think giving yourself time can be a huge part of creating a successful mindset. Do more of what you love, for example blogging helps clear my mind and it relaxes me so I do this on my days off work.
