My Sensitive Scalp Hair Care Routine.

For years I have suffered with a sensitive scalp, from my early days of college I had no idea what products to use. I ended up using so many products that would make my scalp more sensitive and sore. Over the last two years I have really looked into my hair care and what would suit me. I only use tea tree or products suitable for sensitive scalps. I want to share with you these products from Paul Mitchell that I have used for a couple years now, I really enjoy the tea tree one too. Read on for more.

My first thoughts on the product was if I loved the tea tree one I know I will enjoy this one. I enjoy the scent of the products, they are different and treat my scalp with care. The shampoo* I enjoy using to wake me up, the citrus scent is just what you need in the morning. It has uplifting lemon and soothing sage which help to keep my dyed hair soft and cared for.
I tend to buy the tea tree version of this from my hair dressers but I have noticed today that it is available on look Fantastic and other online places too. The conditioner is a must for my hair care, I tend to get knotty hair and it ends up in tangles. This is great to use to soften my hair and it smells amazing. I use my tangle teezer after and my hair is knot free and it feels soothed all the way to the scalp.

I have hair that can be limp and lifeless which is annoying at times so having a thickening shampoo, condoner and thickening spray to hand really helps to give my hair that boost it needs. Paul Mitchell* products are fab and they really work, they are a little more pricey but when you have a sore scalp it is worth the extra spend. I end up with really soft hair that is pain free on the scalp until my next hair wash which is usually the next day before work.

Overall I really enjoy the products and like I said they have been in my hair care favourites for well over two years now. A small amount of product is all you need to get it to lather up and leave your hair feeling clean.

What do you think of the products?
